Who processes the data

What data we collect

• Through the contact form: name, email address, phone (if you enter it), subject and message
• Server logs: IP address, date and the page visited — for security and troubleshooting

Why and on what basis

We use the data you give in the form only to answer your enquiry and prepare cooperation. The basis is your wish to contact us and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiries while we reply and discuss cooperation, and no longer than necessary. Server logs are kept for a limited time.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies and shares no data with third parties. We count traffic on our own server: every page view records the page, language, device type, browser and where the visitor came from. To tell visitors apart we compute a short fingerprint from the IP address, the browser and a salt that changes every day — the IP address itself is never stored and the fingerprint cannot be linked beyond a single day. These records are deleted after 180 days. The only cookie remembers the language you chose.

Who we share data with

Data is not sold or passed on for marketing. Technical providers (for example hosting and email) process data on our behalf and under our instructions.
