Impex Profit: a B2B site for industrial procurement

An English-language B2B site for a Warsaw procurement company: a catalogue of industrial spare-part brands, a page per service, a blog and an enquiry form. Next.js 16, a headless CMS and structured data.
Impex Profit Sp. z o.o. is a Warsaw-registered procurement company that supplies manufacturers with industrial spare parts and equipment and handles the logistics, customs clearance and legal side of the transaction around them. The brief was an English-language B2B site that speaks to a procurement manager and an engineer at the same time.
What we did
In industrial procurement a search usually begins with a brand or a machine name rather than a generic service. So we gave the brand catalogue a section of its own: an overview page with a breakdown by manufacturer beneath it, which gives search a direct entry point.
The services — import and export, sea, air and road freight, supplier and buyer sourcing, legal support and customs clearance — each got a page with the same structure: what it is, who it suits, how the process runs and what to put in an enquiry.
- A brand catalogue with an overview page
- A separate page per service, all to one structure
- An about page carrying the company registration details and address
- An FAQ block on the home page
- An enquiry form with contact details kept visible
- A blog section on industry and procurement topics
The technical side
Next.js 16, React 19.2 and TypeScript. Brand and service content comes from a headless CMS, so adding a manufacturer is editorial work. Catalogue pages are generated ahead of time and rendered on the server — a long list has to be indexable without waiting on a script.
- Server rendering and static generation for the catalogue pages
- A headless CMS for brands, services and the blog
- Automatic sitemap and canonical URLs
- Core Web Vitals and a mobile layout
Visibility in search and answer engines
Procurement managers increasingly ask a chat model where to source a particular manufacturer's spare part in Europe. For that question to be answerable, every brand and service page opens with one clear answer, carries Organization, Service and BreadcrumbList structured data, and is listed in an llms.txt file.
The company registration details — register number, VAT number and address — are kept in plain sight, because in B2B trust is a checkable fact rather than a promise. We make no claims about traffic or rankings.
Where it stands
Impex Profit has a site that can carry a growing catalogue: new brands and services slot into the structure rather than sitting beside it. The company details, the scope of the services and the contact route are all immediately findable.
